Ok, we can appreciate the need to watch crap TV to numb yourself BUT don't you think a screw is missing with these guys and gals who actually go to the matches decked out in all the gear (mullet and all) with their signs with "So and So Sucks!" or "So and So Rules!" who scream at the top of their lungs with every drop kick and after each cheesy line during a wrestler's macho monologue? Then it dawned on D, Mr. McMahon must have known his young fans of the 80s would eventually "grow up" so he needed a gimmick to keep those so-called maturing fans. This is where eye candy wrestlerettes like Stacy Keibler come in. If contrived violence doesn't spark your fanaticism like it did as a young boy, then the other taboo of today's society may interest you, sex. So now we get it. Very clever Ed. And 2. Does Lindsay have people around her giving her advice on the importance of just making movies and the unimportance of being media eye candy by doing contrived celeb appearances around Hollywood so as to avoid the unfortunate reality that is the preying paparazzi? She's young and the paparazzi are ruthless. She doesn't have a chance. Her only hope is to grow up fast into a mature being that doesn't need heartless attention to feel successful. Plus, the media needs to put more importance on the work these celebs do rather than what the hell they are wearing at a premier. Our cracked team of journalists has discovered (because we read our email) the mystery of what Veline. According to our Italian sources, Veline is the name given to the dancers who appear on an ironic news magazine show called "Striscia la Notizia." We can always get behind a show with irony. Of course, as long as ironic means the same in Italy as it does here. Why do we suspect that our source meant to say erotic instead? It'd just be wrong to have scantily clad women on a show full of superb irony like "The Daily Show" – would it not? Enough digressing.
